• Smart Ticket Creation – Tickets submitted via your support form or email can be automatically associated with the correct EDD product and order, eliminating manual data entry and duplication.
• One-Click Admin Actions – Jump directly to the EDD order edit screen, issue refunds, or resend purchase receipts from within the ticket. Everything you need is linked for lightning-fast resolution.

Why Digital Product Sellers Love This Integration

When you sell software, themes, ebooks, or any downloadable product, most customer inquiries revolve around purchase verification, license problems, or download access. Without integration, agents waste minutes (or more) hunting for the right order. With the EDD addon, you deliver faster, more accurate answers and cut your average resolution time dramatically. Customers feel valued when support already knows their purchase history—no need to ask for order numbers repeatedly.

This addon is purpose-built for WordPress professionals using Easy Digital Downloads and SupportCandy who want to scale their support without increasing headcount. It’s ideal for SaaS businesses, plugin shops, theme marketplaces, and any store where post-purchase support directly impacts retention and reviews.

Stop wasting time switching tabs. Give your team the contextual order data they need, right where they work. Purchase the SupportCandy EDD Integration Addon today and turn every ticket into a seamless, informed interaction.
